CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

SPONSOR: Panorama Travel Solutions, LLC, 6277 Sea Harbor Drive, Orlando FL 32821 ("Sponsor").

ENTERING: Sweepstakes begins 10 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 16th, 2023, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on January 31st, 2024. To enter, eligible participants must complete a booking on the NAR Travel Club website https://nartravelclub.com/v6 for travel between October 16th, 2023, and December 31, 2024. Bookings include hotels, resorts, car rentals, cruises, activities and Resort Vacation Certificates. One entry per booking transaction will be counted. Entry will be automatic with each booking transaction within the Entry Period. Canceling a booking voids the entry. If you are not already a member of NAR Travel Club, you must fill out the enrollment form to join at https://nartravelclub.com/v6/register

Alternative Method of Entry: If you wish to enter the Sweepstakes, but do not want to complete a booking, you may enter by mailing a 3”x 5” card with your name, address, phone number, valid email address and Keyword: NAR Travel Club’s Seascape Sweepstakes to Sponsor’s address, Attn: Panorama Marketing Department, 6277 Sea Harbor Drive, Orlando FL 32821. All entries must be received on or before January 31st, 2024. If you are not already a member of NAR Travel Club, you must fill out the enrollment form to join at https://nartravelclub.com/v6/register as it is free to join. ELIGIBILITY: Open to NAR Travel Club members who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor as well as its subsidiaries or affiliated entities and their immediate family members (regardless of where they reside) or household members, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean spouses, parents, stepparents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, and their respective spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year. Entries must be complete to be eligible. Void where prohibited by law including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin islands and other commonwealths, territories and possessions.

PRIZE: Enter for a chance to win a cruise certificate with NAR Travel Club (approximate retail value $4,500 USD), that can be redeemed for any cruise line offered through NAR Travel Club. To redeem the cruise certificate, a member of the NAR Travel Club team will reach out with a contact where you can book your notification via phone or email. Book reservation by March 31, 2024. If the winner chooses to book a cruise or upgrade above the $4,500 value of the certificate, they must pay the difference or upgrade fees themselves. Advanced reservation required, based on availability at time of booking. A cruise vacation includes ship accommodations, ocean transportation, port charges, onboard meals, some beverages and most entertainment aboard the ship. The cruise prize is awarded "as is" and is subject to cabin availability, blackout dates and the Terms and Conditions of the cruise line. A Winner will be responsible for all other expenditures over the value of the cruise voucher including, without limitation, transportation to/from departure/arrival port(s), alcoholic and some other beverages, gratuities, shore excursions, Wi-Fi/telephone, incidentals, personal expenses and travel/medical/baggage insurance. All cruise travel must be completed by 12/31/2024 or it will be forfeited without further compensation and a cruise voucher prize cannot be combined with any other offer. A Winner must book travel through Sponsor. Should the actual value of any prize be less than the ARV stated, the difference will not be awarded in cash or kind. A valid passport will be required for the trip. This certificate has no cash value and guest is responsible for meals, ground transportation, gratuities, incidental charges, additional baggage fees. All amounts are represented in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Any unused portion is non-refundable. Voucher has no cash value. This certificate is non-transferable. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

WINNING: One winner will be selected by random electronic drawing from all eligible entries conducted by Sponsor on or about February 5th, 2024, at Sponsor’s corporate office in Orlando, Florida. Winner does not have to be present to win. Official notice to winner will be sent by February 5th, 2024, by email. The prize must be claimed by February 19th, 2024. If prize is not claimed, it will be awarded in a subsequent random electronic drawing and successively to a second alternate winner if necessary. If a prize is unclaimed by the winner and both alternate winners, it will remain unawarded. To receive the prize, Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Authorization and Release by February 19th, 2024, which includes consent to use of name, photo, likeness, and city and state of residence by the Sponsor(s) for purposes of advertising, publicity, and promotion, without additional compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law. This Affidavit of Authorization and Release must be notarized. If the Affidavit of Authorization is not returned within the required timeframe an alternate winner will be drawn and notified by email and successively to the second alternate winner if necessary. Winner is responsible for any income tax or tax withholdings resulting from prize award.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning the prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL RULES: Sponsor(s) reserve the right at their sole discretion to modify, terminate or suspend all or a portion of this Sweepstakes should non-authorized human interference, fraud, printing errors, internet viruses, hackers, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor(s) corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor(s) assume no responsibility for lost, late, or illegible entries. Sponsor(s) are not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of prize(s) or participation in this Sweepstakes. PRIVACY: When you register and book with NAR Travel Club we collect personally identifiable information including your name and email address. The information that you provide will be added to a centralized Sponsor database and you will simultaneously be registered for Sponsor's other websites as well.
